1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of elevators in building No. 69 in accordance with the requirements set out in the SWZ.

2. The subject of the contract shall be described by:

1) Bill of quantities - Annex 1A,

2) construction project - Annex 1B,

3) Detailed design - Annex 1C,

4) Technical Specification of Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works - Annex 1 D.

3. The subject of the contract covers only the execution of reconstruction and extension of the building

o external elevator shaft, replacement of the goods and passenger lift and replacement of the goods (kitchen) lift on the basis of the attached design documentation. The subject of the contract does not apply to the renovation of the main entrance and terrace as well as the reconstruction and modernization of the ventilation and air conditioning system. Under the contract, the contractor is obliged to report to the Military Technical Supervision in the scope of allowing the equipment to work. As part of the guarantee, the Contractor will provide monthly maintenance, including making entries in the maintenance journal in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Entrepreneurship
