Contract of the Executive Design Service for the works of improvement and functional adaptation of the building called Building "M" headquarters of the provincial command of the Guardia di Finanza of Latina, of the Prefecture and of the police headquarters of Latina located in Corso della Repubblica 24 latina

Basic amount of credit: (including fees and expenses, excluding tax and social security charges) = € 751,331.75

The requested service is divided into n. 2 phases, all to be developed and managed in BIM mode, as summarized below.

Performance for executive design phases:

PHASE 1:

- Work plan with time schedule, Information management plan of the work, verification of the presence of subservices, Plan of preliminary investigations (geological, geotechnical, hygrogeological, seismic, urban, archaeological investigations, etc ...), specialized reports relating to the investigations.

Step 2:

- Executive project + Safety coordination in the design phase consisting of a general executive project of the entire building and three executive projects divided into functional excerpts according to the indications provided by the Client room better indicated in the plan attached below.

For the execution of all the activities required in these specifications, a total remuneration of € 751,331.75 net of VAT and social security charges is envisaged, divided into the following homogeneous categories of work in relation to the corresponding amount of work:
