The subject of the order was divided into two tasks:

1. The first task includes the supply of consumables in the form of coloring cartridges (toners) and photosensitive drums to the following printing devices: BROTHER HL-L6400DW/MFC-L6800DW, BROTHER HL-L6400DW, HP E60155dn, HP P3015dn, CONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB 363, KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB 364 E, RICOH 1195L.

2. The second task includes the supply of consumables in the form of coloring cartridges (toners) and imaging units to the following printing devices: LEXMARK MS410dn/MS510dn/MS610dn, LEXMARK MS711dtn, LEXMARK MS811dn, LEXMARK MX310dn/MX510de.

The first task includes the supply of consumables in the form of dyeing cartridges (toners) and photosensitive drums to the following printing devices: BROTHER HL-L6400DW/MFC-L6800DW (photosensitive drum — 120 pcs), BROTHER MFC-L6800DW (black toner cartridge — 15 pcs), BROTHER THER HL- L6400DW (black toner cartridge — 250 pcs), HP E60155dn (black toner cartridge — 350 pcs), HP P3015dn (black toner cartridge — 80 pcs), KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB 363 (black toner cartridge — 10 pcs), KONICA MINOLTA BIZHUB B 364 E (black toner cartridge -10 pcs), RICOH 1195L (cartridge black toner — 10 pcs., photosensitive drum — 5 pcs.)

The Contracting Authority shall inform that during the implementation of the Agreement, the Contractor shall be obliged to supply consumables in batches, in the form of partial contracts (partial benefits), in accordance with the needs of the Contracting Authority. The scope, time limit and address of delivery of each batch of consumables will result from the Contracting Authority's unilateral disposition, which will be sent to the Contractor by fax or electronically. Delivery shall be carried out at the latest within 5 working days from the time of the placing of the disposal by the Ordering Party.

The Contractor shall be obliged to provide at his own expense, after prior notification of the Ordering Party of the date of delivery, a complete batch of materials. Materials should be delivered to premises designated by the Ordering Party located in obstetrical buildings in Lublin at 76 and 78 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street, Konrada Wallenroda Street, 4d and Boczna Lubomelska Street 13.

The Contracting Authority shall require that the supplies delivered be covered by a 24 month warranty calculated from the date of signing the Agreement.

Second task includes the supply of consumables in the form of coloring cartridges (toners) and imaging units to the following printing devices: LEXMARK MS410dn/MS510dn/MS610dn (black imaging unit — 70 pcs, black toner cartridge - 200 pcs), LEXMARK MS711/MS811dtn ( black imaging unit - 60 pcs, black toner cartridge - 230 pcs), LEXMARK MS811dn (black toner cartridge - 5 pcs), LEXMARK MX310dn/MX510de (black toner cartridge - 20 pcs.)
