Delivery, construction and instruction of a vibration magnetometer for the magnetic characterization of magnetic materials, also online on a beam line of Isolde / CERN. The system is intended for use in laboratory operations to characterize magnetic materials. The plant is to be operated at the TU Ilmenau and at CERN. To do this, the system must be transportable and it must enable the measurement of samples even with direct access to the ion beam at Isolde / CERN. For the measurements, it must be possible to cool and heat the sample within the VSM setup. Measurements must be possible depending on the direction and measurements in FORC mode must be possible.
