The subject of the contract for this tender procedure is a three-year delivery of a closed system of blood collection and external laboratory controls (hereinafter referred to as the goods) together with the lease of an OB analyser (hereinafter referred to as the subject of the lease), in accordance with the type of assortment and quantities specified in the "Assortment and Price Form" constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference and in accordance with the Offer Form, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference and meeting the parameters specified in the Appendix "Required parameters" (Appendix 1a to the Offer Form)
