The contract shall relate to the following services, as specified in the tender documents:

a) of school refection for kindergarten, primary and secondary schools of Cingoli (MC), for kindergarten and primary schools in Villastrada, Grottaccia (hamlets of Cingoli) and for school of the childhood of Staffolo (AN);

b) preparation of refectors, preparation of tables, reception and distribution of food, cleaning and tidying of tables and dishes carried out in school refectors;

c) catering services for the Nursing Home and Protected Residence of Cingoli;

(d) welfare catering for the CSER day centre,

according to the procedures prescribed in this tender documentation and, in the event of a Covid-19 emergency, in compliance with all applicable requirements for the containment from coronavirus contagion risk.

The purpose of this document is to regulate the school refection service for kindergarten, primary and secondary schools of Cingoli, Villastrada and Grottaccia and for the school of the childhood of Staffolo, the catering service for the Nursing Home and Protected Residence of Cingoli and the CSER day center, the service of preparation of refectors, preparation of tables, reception and distribution of food, cleaning and tidying of tables and dishes carried out in the school refectors of the above schools.

It is therefore included in the services referred to in Annex IX of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016.

Specifically, this specifications govern:

1) the school refection service in the Municipality of Cingoli and its hamlets for:

— pupils of the state kindergarten of Cingoli, Grottaccia and Villastrada,

— pupils of the state primary schools of Cingoli, Grottaccia and Villastrada,

— pupils of the secondary school of Cingoli;

2) the school refection service for pupils of the state kindergarten of Staffolo (including snack);

3) the catering service for guests of the CSER day center of Cingoli;

4) the catering service for the guests of the Protected Residence — Rest home of the Municipality of Cingoli.
