1. The object of the order is the delivery of a heavy rescue and fire extinguishing vehicle with equipment for TSO in New Town.

2. The car is ordered with equipment which is specified in the Tender Cumentation and which the Contractor must mount to the vehicle.

3. A non-operated vehicle shall be considered factory new. Year of manufacture min. 2021.

4. Detailed characteristics of the item of the order can be found in Annex 1 “Description of the item of the order. Specific requirements for a heavy rescue and fire extinguishing vehicle together with equipment intended for TSO in New Town”.

5. Detailed conditions for implementation are set out in Annex No 2 to the SWZ 'Model of Contract'.

6. The minimum warranty period per vehicle, built-up with equipment, without mileage limitation, is 24 months.
