The services to be provided shall include but not limited to: The collection and disposal of POL and contaminated fuel waste, accounting for all surplus or waste/contaminated POL, secure storage and processing of all surplus and waste/contaminated POL and sale of all surplus, waste/contaminated or processed POL.
