4.1. The subject of the Order is the successive delivery of medicinal products for the needs of the departments of the Bytów County Hospital Sp. z o.o., on the basis of a framework agreement, ordered by the Hospital Pharmacy in the assortment and absolute requirements specified in the price form - Annex 1 A – J to SWZ. Annex 1 A - J also specifies the approximate quantity of medicinal products. During the term of the Agreement, the Ordering Party is obliged to order deliveries for the value of at least 10% of the total maximum remuneration specified in § 2 section 1 of the Agreement.

In accordance with Annex No. 1 I to the SWZ - Part 9 - Parenteral nutrition
