Wastewater (SW) from the classroom wing (KTK) is fed into the public sewer. The rainwater (RW) is directed to the troughs. SW from the wet rooms of the sports hall (SPH) is routed to existing pipes with a lifting system. In the SPH, the RW is discharged by means of pressure drainage. In the existing building, the changing rooms, staff, kitchen and specialist classes are being renovated. SW and TW connect to existing lines. In the KTK, water/water heat pump (source: geothermal probes) are used. Cooling is also possible in changeover mode. A ceiling cooling unit is used to cool the EDP server room. In the classes, decentralised air conditioning units are connected. In the KTK, underfloor heating is installed in classrooms and corridors, otherwise an underfloor convector and radiators (HK) are installed. A supply line leads from the main headquarters of the KTK to the sub-headquarters of the SPH.
