Conclusion of a framework agreement with a company for obtaining licenses of the software package “RStudio Team Enterprise” for the institutes and institutions of the Max Planck Society (MPG) and its associated institutions.

The master agreement includes the subscription of a basic package of user licenses (rStudio Server Pro and RStudio Connect) for a three-year term, as well as the possibility to retrieve additional packages of user licenses at fixed prices during the term.

The framework agreement to be concluded shall run for a period of 36 months.
