Partial project management contract for the purpose of steering and directing work for the construction of the administrative city at Beauséjour in the Commune of Sainte-Marie.

The purpose of the contract is to entrust the main contractor with the following mission elements:

- the visa (VISA) of studies partially or totally carried out by the incumbent company (or the incumbents),

- the Directorate of the execution of the works contract (s) (DET),

- Assistance during reception operations and during the guarantee period of perfect completion (AOR),

- Scheduling, control and coordination of the site (OPC).
