The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 - 'Forests Act') covering work on breeding and forest protection, fire protection, sourcing and wood spins, to be executed in the Jawor Forest District in the year 2022.

The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of wood resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ, which consists of Annex No 3.1.- work size by group of activities, activities and location; Annex No 3.2.- timber collection sortyment system; Annex No 3.3.- a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. are estimated. A detailed description of the standard of technology for carrying out individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for determining the qualitative requirements relating to the components consisting of the object of the contract contained in Annex No 4 to the SWZ (Description standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works). Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No 4 to SWZ.
