Purpose of services: annual maintenance of heating and domestic hot water production systems as well as chimney sweeping and verification of gas installations in Logivesdre Heritage housing.
Comment: this contract consists of the annual maintenance of the heating and domestic hot water production systems as well as the chimney sweeping and verification of the gas installations of some 3,000 housing units in the Logivesdre portfolio, to be carried out in 2021, 2022 and 2023.
This concerns collective (+/- 75 / year) and individual (+/- 1,500 / year) gas (mainly) and oil-fired heating installations, separate domestic hot water production devices (+ / 1 000 / year) as well as chimney sweeping.
The market is divided into lots:
- lot 1: heating and DHW maintenance + sweeping - collective boilers;
- lot 2: heating and DHW maintenance + sweeping - individual boilers.
The technical requirements to be met by service providers are set out in point III of these specifications.
By its offer, the successful tenderer undertakes to provide the services in accordance with these requirements.
