The subject of the order is the delivery of uniforms and inventory items — WS mountain shoes and special summer shoes WS.

The scope of the order includes two tasks, i.e.:

- task of No. 1 - WS mountain boots,

- task of No. 2 - special summer shoes WS.

The subject of the contract must meet the requirements laid down in the technical and utility requirements constituting the contract documents.

The subject of the order will be subject to quality supervision carried out by the RPW in accordance with AQAP 2131 issue C version 1.

The subject of the order is covered by barcode marking requirements.

1. The subject of the order for Task No 1 is the delivery of items of uniform and inventory — i.e. the WS mountain boots in the amount of 1,450 pairs.

The subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the technical and utility requirements (WTU) constituting the contract document.

The item of the order must be factory new and come from current production from 2021.

2. The term of the contract:

— start: 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract,

— completion: 120 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, or until 30 November 2021, whichever expires earlier.

3. The Contracting Authority shall request that the Contractor shall submit with the offer the following measures of evidence in question: a model of the offered item of unification and exquisition, i.e. one pair of WS mountain shoes in size 8 (UK) together with the longitudinal section of the footwear.

4. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 107 (2) of the Pzp Act does not provide for a call for submission or supplement indicated in point 3 of the evidence in question.
