This contract defines the conditions under which the CEA entrusts to the Holder, who accepts, the supply and maintenance of fluoroscopic equipment for the load failure at the CEA Saclay site, hereinafter referred to as the “Equipment”.

This equipment is part of the construction project of a building intended to receive parcels addressed to the CEA in order to control them prior to their passage into the ZAC (Controlled Access Zone) before they are distributed in the facilities.

The building will be located on the edge of the ZAC at the North Gate (access RD 36) of the CEA site in Saclay.

The services are divided into a fixed part and an estimated part.

The flat-rate benefits are broken down into a firm tranche and options defined as follows.

The firm slice includes:

- the completion of the work

- the supply of equipment

Optional slice includes:

- An option No. 1 relating to the preventive maintenance of the Equipment for a period of one year from reception,

- Option 2 relating to the corrective maintenance of the Equipment for a period of one year from the end of the warranty period,

- An option n°3 relating to the extension of preventive maintenance of the equipment for a period of one year at the end of option n°1.

- Option n°4 relating to the extension of preventive and corrective maintenance of the Equipment for a period of one year at the end of option n°2 and n°3,

The services on price slips include:

- BPU n°1: The extension of storage for a period of one additional month,

- BPU n° 2: The coding of commands or transmissions of complementary states,

- BPU n°3: Training in the use and administration of equipment as well as the understanding of decision support algorithms of a group of 5 people.

Services based on prior estimates may include:

- the description of the services to be carried out,

- the number of days of intervention per qualification, the daily rates (in accordance with the provisions of the “Amount” article of the contract) and possibly the travel expenses,

- the cost of the parts to be changed,

- a schedule for carrying out the services.
