The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 9,500,000.00 intended to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Krzeszowice.

1. The subject of the contract is the granting and servicing of a long-term PLN loan

in the amount of PLN 9,500,000.00 intended to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Krzeszowice.

2. The above-mentioned loan amount, i.e. PLN 9,500,000.00, will be placed at the disposal of the Ordering Party by the Bank in accordance with the bank's declaration submitted in the offer form, however, it is stipulated that the date of disbursement of loan tranches may not be longer than 3 business days.

3. The loan will be launched without commissions and fees.

4. The Contractor shall be obliged to place funds at the disposal of the Contracting Authority by transferring them to the bank account indicated by the Municipality of Krzeszowice.

5. The Bank makes the loan available to the Ordering Party immediately after the conclusion of the contract, but no later than by 28.12.2023.
