The Artland community intends to build a new two-field sports hall with an adjoining additional gymnastics hall. The currently existing sports halls will be dismantled after the new building has been completed. The measure is divided into 2 construction phases. In the 1st phase, the 2-field sports hall with a total of 6 changing rooms including showers will be built. The grandstand area (max. 199 seats) with toilet rooms and a tea kitchen is located on the upper floor. An additional gymnastics hall as well as the entrance area, which connects both parts of the building, will be added to the 2nd building phase. Planned construction time for both construction phases: approx. 18 months. A suitable engineering office is now being sought for the services of specialist planning for technical building services.

The architectural services have already been awarded to an architectural office according to a VgV procedure with an embedded competition.

The provision of services must begin immediately after the order has been placed (around the end of October / beginning of November).

Allocation of TGA planning services according to Annex 15 to Section 55 Paragraph 3, Section 56 Paragraph 3 HOAI 2013, service phases 1-9, for system groups yet to be determined, building parameters / energetic parameters:

- Usable area (NF): 2 186 square meters;

- Gross floor area (GFA): 2 707 sqm;

- Gross volume (BRI): 16 107 cbm;

- Non-binding cost framework for the KG 400: approx. 850,000 EUR net.
