Employee laundry, service and controlling services. Organisational services and the service of the existing workwear distribution system are also essential components of the full textile supply.
The Osnabrück Clinic has been supplied by an external textile service company for several years and will determine the service partners for the coming years as part of this award procedure.
Accordingly, the service includes the needs-based supply of the contractor's own ward linen, workwear, wipe textiles and sterile surgical gowns and, to a lesser extent, the processing and transport of the client's own textiles from the locations listed in the tender documents. See document "Specifications".
With this service partner, the external textile supply for the client's clinics and functional areas is expected to begin on February 1, 2024.
The service includes the provision by the contractor of the textiles listed in the annexes "Requirements for the ward linen assortment", "Requirements for the range of wipe textiles" and "Requirements for the professional and divisional clothing range" as well as "Requirements for sterile surgical gowns", their reprocessing, replacement procurement, repair as well as textile logistics and service and controlling services. Organisational services and the service of the existing workwear distribution system are also essential components of the full textile supply. Accordingly, the service includes the needs-based supply of the contractor's own ward linen, workwear, wipe textiles and sterile surgical gowns and, to a lesser extent, the processing and transport of the client's own textiles from the locations listed in the tender documents.
