Supply of an optical profilometer designed for contactless testing of surface irregularities by techniques: focal differentiation, confocal and interferometric, for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Constituency of the Gdańsk University of Technology

1. The object of the order is the supply of an optical profilometer, intended to be tested in a contactless manner of surface irregularities by techniques: focal differentiation, confocal and interferometric, for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding of the Gdańsk University of Technology

2. For a detailed description of the item of the order, see Annex 4 to the SWZ.

3. The item of the order delivered to the Contracting Authority is new, free from legal and physical defects and ready for operation, without any additional purchases, and is not subject to any third party rights and includes, among others.

a. Transport of the object of the contract to the place designated by the Contracting Authority and his insurance, until the Contracting Authority has been received without reservation (the delivery date is one of the criteria for the evaluation of tenders) together with the installation

b. Training for four people, enabling full mastery by trained hardware and software capabilities

c. Guarantee (length of warranty period is one of the criteria for assessing tenders).

3. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.

4. The Contractor is obliged to fulfil the contract under the terms and conditions described in the template of Annex 3 to the SWZ.
