The Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service invites tenderers to a tender contest where the objective is to enter into a contract with 1 provider. The contract involves the hire of air transport (charter) services involving transportation of approximately 1 000 persons from Oslo Lufthavn to Groningen Airport Eelde, the Netherlands.
The transport services are scheduled to be provided during September/October 2015.
The aircrafts shall transport up to 100 people per flight.
