Object planning services (buildings and interiors), LPH 1 to 5, step-by-step for the construction and conversion of a technical secondary school (lot 1) and the modernization and conversion of the existing sports hall and the extension of a simple sports hall (lot 2) on the site of the school site of the archiepiscopal Vinzenz von Paul in Markt Indersdorf.

The subject matter of the present award procedure is the object planning services of buildings and interiors for the project technical secondary school (Lot 1) and sports halls (Lot 2).

For both lots, the client attaches particular importance to the development of a holistic concept in the sense of a sustainability-oriented overall strategy in order to reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution through high-quality planning both during construction and in the use phase, while at the same time improving comfort and cost-effectiveness. Regardless of this, the entire planning is under the "dictate" of functionality.

Lot 1: Technical secondary school

The area of the school site of the Archbishop Vinzenz von Paul Realschule in Markt Indersdorf includes several building complexes from different eras. Since 2008 to 2021, the areas of the former monastery complex on Marienplatz have undergone a general overhaul in a total of four (4) construction phases.

The subject of the present tender is the procurement of object planning services (buildings and interiors) in accordance with HOAI (2021) Part 3, Section 1, work phases LPH 1 to 5. The assignment within the planning phases takes place in stages.

The client is the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising, KdöR.

The contractor has no legal right to commission individual or even all stages.

Lot 2: Sports halls

There is a need for additional gym space for the pupils of the Realschule on the one hand and for the pupils of the Fachoberschule on the other. Sports lessons are already taking place in external gyms (for example in Röhrmoos). Mo-mentan, the Archbishop's Vinzenz von Paul Realschule owns a double gymnasium from 1992 and a gymnastics hall from 1980.
