The contract takes a mixed form: it is concluded, with a single economic operator, both in the form of an "ordinary" contract for the implementation of the initial project giving rise to the payment of a global and fixed price and in the form of a framework agreement for additional supplies and services through the issuance of purchase orders without prior negotiation or re-competition. Additional supplies and services will give rise to orders placed by the atih with a minimum amount of 200,000 euro(s) excluding tax and a maximum amount of 1,300,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT). The contract is concluded for a period of 4 years from the date of notification. The maximum time frame for the execution of each phase of the project is that proposed by the licensee in its technical brief and accepted by the atih. This period should not exceed 6 months for each phase of the project. The expected notification date is 26 April 2024
The contract covers the evolution of Lyon's core network (LAN) infrastructure from 10/40 Gb/S to 100 Gb/S and the acquisition of new state-of-the-art servers in order to absorb the scalability, consolidate resources, and strengthen the resilience, flexibility and security of its infrastructure. The object of the contract consists of:- an initial project for the replacement of the core network and the servers comprising the following three phases triggered individually by service orders:o Phase 1: Equipping the new secondary room: LAN and servers ;o Phase 2: Replacement of the main room LANs ;o Phase 3: Deployment of the new servers in the main room.- a purchase order part corresponding to the content of the BPU integrating the following elements:o Acquisition of new servers/chassis/LAN fabric and new equipment for its state-of-the-art core network; Installation, configuration, technical support and assistance, and other related technical expertise services; A technical support service associated with the solution; the provision of hardware, software and additional services.
