The scope includes, inter alia, the visual recording of meter readings, the organisation of reading personnel and the receipt and return of the reading results in electronic form.

The provider may propose procedures on offer other than on-site reading, with which it intends to achieve the best reading rate. Remote readings are excluded. During the term of the contract, other procedures must be agreed with the client. At the request of the contractor, the agreed prices do not change.

The duration of the contract is 2 years in the period from 1.8.2021 to 31.7.2023, with the customer's one-time option to extend it for a further 24 months.
