1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of equipment and equipment under the "Replacement of equipment at Warsaw emergency rooms and reception rooms" program. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ for a particular task.

2. The contracting authority shall allow submission of tenders for particular tasks:

Task No. 1 – Anti-decubitus variable pressure mattress with a spare cover of 3 pcs.

Task No. 2 – Treatment trolley 3 pcs.

Task No. 3 – Medical couch 1 pc.

Purchase of anti-decubitus pressure swing mattresses with a spare cover of 3 pcs.

Purchase of treatment trolleys 4 pcs.

Purchase of a doctor's couch 1 pc.
