The Vantaa Congregational Society basic repairs the Mollämäki Church. Project planning for the site renovation has started in spring 2019. Fitness studies and repair needs surveys have been conducted at the site between 2019 and 2021 for project planning. The starting point of the project design studies is the indoor air problems experienced at the site. Studies have examined the technical condition of structures and building engineering systems to determine repair needs and assess the technical economic viability of future renovation

The objective of the acquisition is to make available to the subscriber the most economically advantageous service provider who is best placed to carry out the design tasks under the request for an offer in cooperation with the subscriber, user, other designers and the contractor to choose later.

The acquisition includes the HVAC design in accordance with Section 120c of the Land Use and Construction Act of the object and the tasks set out in this call for tender.

The subscriber's goal is to create a partnership-based evolving model for rewarding outstanding performance. The project uses a milestone, or milestone model. The assessment is based on the success of the entire design team. The condition is that all project planners are committed to a similar procedure.
