The target of the procurement is the construction planning services of the Joint Authority for Education OSAO. More detailed information and requirements can be found in the other sections of the invitation to tender and in the attachments.
The contract period is two (2) years from the signing of the contract. The contract includes the option of two (2) one (1) year options.
This contract provides the necessary design services for existing buildings. The contracting entity reserves the right to put out to tender the procurement of renovation design services worth more than €100,000 with external operators.
The design services of possible new buildings are always put out to tender separately. Service providers under this agreement may also participate in these tenders.
A framework agreement is used to procure services when a procurement need arises. The framework agreement does not include a quantity purchase obligation for the Contracting entity. All estimates of the purchase volumes of the Service are preliminary estimates and do not bind the Customer.
