The district town of Steinfurt intends to build a 3-fold sports hall for the school operations of the Gymnasium Arnoldinum as well as for local sports clubs. For this purpose, a suitable office is to be commissioned, which plans the construction of the 3-fold sports hall.

The assignment takes place in service phases (step-by-step commissioning). Service phases that the client does not commission with the conclusion of the contract are subject to the condition precedent that the client calls them off. The client reserves the right to limit the order to partial services of individual service phases or to individual sections of the construction project. There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of further service phases. The contractor is obliged to provide the services of the further service phases if the client transfers them to him.

Upon conclusion of the contract, the Client commissions the Contractor to provide the services from service phases 1 to 4. The client intends to call up the further service phases 5 and 9 individually or in their entirety.
