The Griftland College intends to realize new construction in the municipality of Soest. Griftland College is a secondary educational institution. The current building is outdated and no longer meets the current requirements and educational vision. The goal is to realize a new building with a GFA of approximately 11,000 m2 in 2026.
This is put out to tender in order to achieve the objective. For both the Construction part and the Installation technical part (separate tender with number 400337), the best contractor is selected by means of a restricted European tender procedure.
