Construction of a fire station for the Palling fire brigade - Specialist planning services for technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI - LPH 1 - 9; Plant group 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 (for further information - see II.2.4 and contract documents).

The object of the order is the provision of services of technical equipment to be commissioned in stages in accordance with § 55 HOAI - LPH 1 - 9; Plant group 1, 2, 3, 7, 8;

The municipality of Palling intends to build a fire station for the municipality of Palling on the property: Flur-Nr. 156/11 (Gemarkung Palling, Haus-Nr. However, field 6). For the project, the municipality of Palling needs services in the object planning of buildings and outdoor facilities as well as the specialist planning of the technical equipment and the structural design.

The following description of measures summarizes the framework conditions, the needs determined so far and the planning objectives as well as the current time and financial framework:

The fire brigade, which is to have the fire station at its disposal, currently has a personnel force of currently 64 active members and maintains 5 emergency vehicles including lifting platforms and hay weir equipment.

The protected area to be covered by the fire brigade covers a municipal area of 53.86 km² and is predominantly agricultural.

There is a first graphic project description, which reflects the parking space, space and space requirements of the fire brigade. The latter is part of the procurement documents as an annex to the description of measures.

The planned service period begins with the placing of the order, presumably in June 2023, and ends with completion, probably October 2025 plus follow-up for property management.

Based on a rough cost estimate based on BKI, the municipality of Palling assumes costs of approx. € 4,800,000 gross (KG 300 – 700 within the meaning of DIN 276).
