Sportscotland was seeking to appoint a suitably qualified service provider to provide a series of external audits for partner Scottish Governing Bodies of sport in Scotland (SGBs).

These audits are termed development audits and the subsequent development audit report is a tool to be used by the SGB and evidence for Sportscotland that demonstrates the effectiveness of the SGB.
