The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Staffordshire, supported by Staffordshire County Council and Stoke-on-Trent City Council is tendering for a domestic abuse support service which will operate across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. The aim is to commission an effective, consistent, coherent and coordinated domestic abuse service for potential victims, potential perpetrators, children and families, victims, perpetrators, children and families, businesses and communities. The model comprises 3 service elements:

— Prevention (Tier 1),

— Early Intervention (Tier 2),

— Targeted Support (Tier 3 and Tier 4).

Whole service for victims (including a support service for children and young people).

Whole service for perpetrators (for adults, children and young people).
