Design-realization of a very high speed electronic communications network (FTTH and FTTE) on the Department of Pyrénées-Orientales Numérique 66 — phase 2

The market includes a scheme to promote the employment of persons in integration and in particular of beneficiaries of the RSA. Open tender subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. Framework agreement with a minimum threshold of 61 SRO. It will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The expected start date of benefits is 4.1.2022.
