1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law", to the Judicial Units, Public Prosecutor's Offices and the Procurement Centre for the Judiciary IGB, divided into 5 lots.

2. Estimated amounts of electricity broken down into individual parts and tariff groups are indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Offer Form and in Annex 5.1-5.5 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.

3. The list of entities for which the proceedings are conducted is included in Annex 8.1-8.5 to the SWZ.

4. As a result of this procedure, a general agreement for the sale of electricity will be concluded, on the basis of which individual Units will independently conclude executive agreements.

5. The contract shall not cover activities related to the distribution of electricity.

Electricity supplies shall be made under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Energy Law, in accordance with the applicable executive regulations to the aforementioned Act and the provisions of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1360, as amended), the rules set out in concessions, the provisions of the general agreement and the relevant executive agreement, as well as based on the PPL.

Electricity supplies shall be made under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Energy Law, in accordance with the applicable executive regulations to the aforementioned Act and the provisions of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1360, as amended), the rules set out in concessions, the provisions of the general agreement and the relevant executive agreement, as well as based on the PPL.

Electricity supplies shall be made under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Energy Law, in accordance with the applicable executive regulations to the aforementioned Act and the provisions of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1360, as amended), the rules set out in concessions, the provisions of the general agreement and the relevant executive agreement, as well as based on the PPL.
