At ASST Bergamo Ovest, the New Reception System is being implemented and will be completed by 31.12.2024 with the complete replacement of the applications currently in use. The "Verbena" platform is therefore being decommissioned, but in order to allow access to historical data for any requests from the competent bodies, it is necessary to make use of a conservative maintenance service of the aforementioned platform. The offer must include 2 remote interventions per month and 5 days per year of extended support for the development of new queries and data extraction per year. Clauses: 1) possibility for the ASST to withdraw early (with 60 days' notice) without penalty if the service is no longer needed; 2) bi-monthly billing for the part of the conservative maintenance fees; 3) final billing for the 5 annual days of extended support.

The Offeror Company must have the source code of the Verbena software

- 5 days per year of extended support for the development of new queries and data extraction per year.

The Offeror Company must have exclusive ownership of the Verbena source code.
