- the purpose of the contract will be to execute the following project management assignments defined by book IV of part 2 of the public procurement code and specified in the CCAP: EP (resumption of prior studies) / AP / PRO / ACT (DCE - analysis - market development) / VISA / DET / AOR / OPC and complementary and specific missions (planning permission / CCCT / concessionaires / delivery of works / specific studies / depollution).

- the market, for which a procedure is engaged, will have for object the execution of the following project management missions defined by book IV of part 2 of the code of the public order and specified in the CCAP;

- EP (resumption of preliminary studies) / AP / PRO / ACT (DCE - analysis - development of markets) / VISA / DET / AOR / OPC and complementary and specific missions (planning permission / CCCT / concessionaires / delivery of 'books / specific studies / pollution control);

- the contracting authority has decided not to allot this contract for the following reasons: the project management mission relates to a single work program where all of the study and work monitoring missions are intrinsically linked.
