The power cable procurement for the agreement period from 1.1.2020–31.12.2027 (the Framework Agreement). Elenia Palvelut Oy’s aim is to form the Framework Agreement with trusted strategic partners (the Partner). The partners are allowed to participate in mini competitions organized within the Framework Agreement to become as supplier (the Supplier).

The power cables referred in this document concerns power cables required in underground cabling of the high-, medium- and low-voltage electricity network. This means cables which are produced according to latest issues of high-voltage HD 632, medium-voltage HD 620 and low-voltage HD 603 cables. Also, cable accessories for all these cables are included in the Framework Agreement (cable terminations, joints, etc.). Cables and accessories described in this procurement shall be suitable for continuous operation in 3 phase electricity network and shall withstand normal Nordic weather conditions during transportation, installation and in use. Medium- and low-voltage cables must be suitable for ploughing down. All cables must have calculated lifetime more than 50 years.
