The object of the order is to draw up the design documentation of the reconstruction and protection of the Przykos longitudinal, on the section from the addition to the Regis shaft (in the west) to the Ferdinand transverse (in the east), located at the IIn level of Wieliczka Salt Mine, hereinafter referred to as the “Design Documentation” and the exercise of copyright supervision during the implementation of the works provided for by the design documentation, in accordance with the offer submitted by the Contractor.

1. The object of the order is to draw up the design documentation of the reconstruction and protection of the Przykos longitudinal, on the section from the addition to the Regis shaft (in the west) to the Ferdinand transverse (in the east), located at the IIn level of Wieliczka Salt Mine, hereinafter referred to as the “Documentation design” and the exercise of copyright supervision during the implementation of the work provided for by the design documentation, in accordance with the offer submitted by the Contractor.

2. In the course of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to:

1) the development of the technical design of the reconstruction and security of the Przykos longitudinal located at the level of IIn Salt Mine “Wieliczka”, hereinafter referred to as the “Technical Project”, its arrangements with the Ordering Party's services, with the Conservator of the Monuments of Krakow Salt Żup (hereinafter referred to as KZKŻS), and subsequently obtaining the approval of the agreed technical project by the Head of the Mine Wieliczka Salt Mine Movement (hereinafter referred to as the KRZG), together with the implementation of a historical and conservation study for the workings covered by the technical project;

2) obtaining the authorisation of the KZKŻS to perform works covered by the technical project — KZKŻS operates in accordance with the agreement of 21 June 2017 on the entrustment of certain matters concerning the properties of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments in Kraków (Journal of Urz. Woj. Monkey of 26 June 2017, item 4200);

3) drawing up the subject of works, the investor cost estimate and the in-kind and financial timetable for works covered by the technical project.

3. In the exercise of copyright supervision during the implementation of works covered by a technical project, the Contractor shall be obliged to carry out authorial supervision of a maximum of 96 hours.
