A Management Partner to provide the senior management capability to manage and transform a new corporate shared services organisation, known as Defence Business Services (DBS), for the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD). The Management Partner will be expected to work in close collaboration with the MoD to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of corporate services with the goal of driving down costs whilst at the same time offering assured levels of service. This in turn will help the MoD meet targets for reducing headcount and administration costs set on it in the Strategic Defence and Security Review and the 2010 Comprehensive Spending Review.
