The ELY Centre in Northern Savo is requesting your offers to run public transport services in accordance with the gross compensation operating agreement in the South Savo region.
The content of the transport contract is defined in more detail in the attached tender documents. In this contract model, the box office belongs to the subscriber.
The contract is subject to Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council (Service Contracts Regulation), the law on transport services (320/2017) and the Law on the award of specific contracts (1398/2016). These terms and conditions shall be applied in the case of carriage based on gross compensation where the carrier or its agent operates a ticketing and charging system.
In addition, competition sites require the approval of ticket products for the Waltti and ticket system in the city of Mikkeli.
Item 1The contract is in the form of a gross contract in which all the box office income belongs to the subscriber.
The destination is created by the subscriber/ city of Mikkeli in whole or in part of Mikkeli's Waltti system.
NOTE! Destination 1 has different shifts for both the start and end of the contract period (Parts 1a and 1b). Further details can be found in the Competition Document Annex 3 (Annex 3. Target list).
