Granting the Gnojnik Commune a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 5,500,000.00 in 2023

The subject of these proceedings is to grant the Municipality of Gnojnik in 2023 a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 5,500,000.00 (in words: five million five hundred thousand zlotys 00/100), to finance the planned budget deficit and repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans and credits.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 9 to the SWZ.
