The assignment includes:
- strategic advice, process guidance and support to the board and the Merger Program Office during phases 2 and 3 of the merger, including the activities listed in section 1.2.1 (of the Descriptive Document),
- ensuring a smooth transition from phase 1 to phase 2 and phase 3 on the basis of the advice and decisions from phase 1,
- to provide solicited and unsolicited advice based on their own expertise to the new board and the Merger Program Office regarding approach and progress.
The contracting authority expects the size of the contract to exceed the threshold for European procurement. An exact value cannot be given because this depends on the assessment of the organization consultant to be selected. In order to arrive at a total price, the Contracting Authority has included a notional number of hours on the price sheet. The result of the hourly rate * 500 hours = price to be assessed.
