The subject of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property and cottages located in the territory of the Proszowice municipality.
Receipt and management of municipal waste should be carried out in a way that provides adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reductions in the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage
The subject of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property and cottages located in the territory of the Proszowice municipality.
The collection and handling of municipal waste should be carried out in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced, in accordance with:
the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587),
the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in gmi-nach (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469) and its implementing regulations,
provisions of the "Waste Management Plan of the Malopolska Region for the years 2016-2022" (Annex to the resolution No. XXXIV/509/17 of the Regional Assembly of the Malopolska Region of March 27, 2017) (Annexes A1 and A2 to the SWZ),
provisions of Resolution No. XXXIV/510/17 of the Regional Assembly of the Malopolska Region of 27 March 2017 on the implementation of the "Waste Management Plan of the Malopolska Region for the years 2016-2022" (Journal of Laws of the Malopolska Region). provisions of Resolution No. XXIV/203/2020 of the City Council in Proszowice of September 11, 2020 on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners and management of this waste (Annex C to SWZ),
