maintenance of taps and plumbing installations of the Loge.Gbm building stock

for the Account Holder:

- to carry out the complete maintenance of the dwellings as part of a preventive and corrective maintenance following the inventory of fixtures of exit,

- to guarantee the troubleshooting of the Faucets and plumbing installations on all housing and common areas of the Loge.Gbm housing stock.

The Account Holder is subject to an obligation of result. He has the obligation to pay 85% of his repairs on a single intervention.

it is expressly stated that the CCTP is enumerative and not exhaustive. It lists services that is entitled to expect at least Loge.Gbm.

The building stock to be taken over is specified in Annex 1 Lot 1 and Annex 1 Lot 2 of the CCTP.
