4.1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located in the territory of the Świlcza municipality in the period from 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022.

4.2. The item of the order was divided into 3 parts.

Receipt, transport and development of municipal waste from property owners of inhabited localities: Bratkowice, Mrowla, Rudna Wielka — northern part with the equipment of all notified properties with containers for the collection of selectively collected waste.

Reception, transport and development of municipal waste from the owners of the property of the inhabited localities: Świlcza, Trzciana, Woliczka, Dąbrowa, Błędowa Złońska - the southern part with the equipment of all the notified properties with containers for collecting waste selectively collected.

Reception, transport and management of municipal waste collected selectively, collected at a point of selective collection of municipal waste located in the territory of Świlcza municipality, together with the equipment of suitable waste collection containers.
