The contracting authority for this call for tenders is Regionalt Innkjøp i Kongsvingerregionen (RIIK). RIIK conducts the call for tenders, signs agreements and is the agreement manager on behalf of municipalities and intermunicipal companies that participate in the agreement (customers). Customers have many buildings, including offices, schools, nurseries, nursing homes, technical buildings, etc., and carry out investment/construction projects for their own activities. The contracting authority wants to enter into parallel framework agreements for plumbing services.

The contracting authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements for the following:

— maintenance measures, replacement and alterations for the current buildings/facilities;

— reconstruction and smaller construction contracts;

— urgent assignments.

This procurement concerns plumbing works. Work assignments will primarily include:

— sanitary installations;

— heating installations;

— HVAC and sanitation/Water and Sewage;

— Connection of temporary water during line breaks/redevelopment projects;

— Replace water meters.

Tenders can be submitted for parts of the assignment, i.e., tenders for the following parts:

— Solør: The municipalities of Grue, Våler and Åsnes and GIVAS’ facilities in Grue;

— Odalen: The municipalities of Nord-Odal and Sør-Odal, as well as GIR and GIVAS’ facilities in these municipalities;

— Kongsvinger: Kongsvinger municipality as well as GIR and GIVAS’ facilities in Kongsvinger municipality;

— Eidskog: Eidskog municipality as well as GIR and GIVAS’ facilities in the Eidskog municipalities.
