In order to be able to respond to the continuous and, if necessary, urgent need to purchase different types of incontinence materials, the National Multiple Sclerosis Centre wishes to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 60 months as a purchasing centre for the other contracting authorities (see below).

The following incontinence materials are considered to be included (non-exhaustive list):

 Anatomical dressings with adhesive strip for drip incontinence (inserts) for both men and women,

 Anatomical link with anti-leaky edges,

 Absorbent underwear,

 Stretch pants for the fixation of anatomical bandages (fixation pants),

 One-piece trouser diapers with closing strip,

 One-piece belt/waistband bandages,

 Pull-up incontinentie panties,

 Bed and seat protection (pads) of 40x60cm and 60x60 cm,

 …

Already mentioned Contracting Authorities can - after conclusion of this framework agreement - request orders under this framework agreement. All campuses are potential delivery locations. Given the size of the contract and the number of campuses where deliveries will take place and given the number of construction and renovation projects that will start / be completed during the term of this public contract, some locations of delivery will change temporarily and / or permanently.

The framework agreement should allow contracts to be awarded for certain needs and products on the most advantageous terms within a short period of time.

The quantities to be delivered in globo or per individual contract depend on the future needs of the contracting authorities and are therefore not currently possible to determine correctly. The probable quantities will be purely directional and non-binding.

The Contracting Authorities do not guarantee minimum purchases or exclusivity. Deviations from the quantities actually decreased can never give rise to any compensation.

During the term of the agreement, services, identical or analogous to those described in this specification, may be performed by other suppliers. The supplier may not claim any compensation in this respect.

The estimate of the file is, for all members together, for the period of 5 years, 1,785,000 euros excl. VAT.
