Project planning building §§ 33 ff HOAI - in 2 project parts

The Gebrüder-Körting-Schule elementary school in Hanover is to be refurbished in some areas based on a refurbishment concept from the LHH.

The measures are planned and carried out in two project parts. For project part A, planning is already completed by phase 4. The further processing of the task includes LP 5 to 9.

Project part B includes planning (LP 1-9).

Furthermore, within the scope of this measure, the accessibility should be improved and the necessary pollutant cleaning should take place. The total investment volume is estimated at around EUR 7.2 million gross (KG 200-700).

School operations must be guaranteed over the entire construction period.

The project planning for buildings, §§ 33 ff HOAI, project part A, service phases 5 to 9 should be commissioned.

Project part B service phase 1 to 9.

Gradual assignment:

The order is placed in service phases. Service phases that the client does not commission to conclude a contract are subject to a condition precedent. The client reserves the right to limit the commission to partial services of individual service phases or to individual sections of the construction project.

The client intends to call up further services - individually or as a whole - if the planning and execution of the construction work continues.

When deciding whether to call up further services, the client will take into account that this usually requires the political decisions and the approval of the HU construction / construction documents.

There is no legal claim to the commissioning of further service phases.

The contractor is obliged to provide the services of the other service phases if the client transfers them to him. The contractor cannot derive an increase in his fee from the gradual assignment.

Special services must be agreed in writing before execution.

For planners based in Germany, the HOAI in the version valid for the order must be applied.
