The city of Dinkelsbühl plans to renovate and re-use the former orphanage or museum (house B) within the grounds of the former Holy Mary and Holy Spirit Hospital, Dr. Martin-Luther-Strasse 6b in Dinkelsbühl.

The Heiliggeistspital was mentioned in documents in 1282 and is one of the early foundations in the Bavarian-Swabian region. The cellar vault of the building with a cellar in the eastern part and individual sections of the outer walls on the ground floor still testify to this period, the second half of the 13th century. The ground floor, the 1st and 2nd floor were built in 1599/1600.

The total costs are estimated on the basis of the gross floor area according to DIN 276 for cost groups 100 to 700 at EUR 6 million. The estimate for 2018 for cost groups 300 and 400 is approximately EUR 4.5 million.

It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this tender:

Technical equipment, plant groups 4, 5 and 6, service phases 2 to 9 according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI.

Technical equipment, system groups 4 (high-voltage systems), 5 (telecommunications and information technology systems) and 6 (conveyor systems), service phases 2 to 9 in accordance with sections 53 ff. HOAI.

The rough schedule for the implementation of the project provides:

- 2020 - VgV procedure and start of planning until completion of service phase 4 (submission of building application) at the turn of the year;

- 2021 - start of construction;

- 2023 - Building completion.

The services are ordered in stages.

Initially, in service level 1, service phase 2 (preliminary planning) is commissioned in accordance with Section 55 HOAI.

The service phases 3-9 are called up in stages in the further assignment stages. There is no legal claim to the entire assignment.
