1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new unmarked special vehicle MCM – Mobile Monitoring Center for the KWP in Szczecin.
2. The scope, size, quantity and detailed requirements for the contract are specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ.
3. Detailed requirements regarding the acceptance, terms of guarantee and payment of the subject of the contract are specified in the provisions of the contract constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ.
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new unmarked special vehicle MCM – Mobile Monitoring Center for the KWP in Szczecin.
2. The scope, size, quantity and specific requirements for the order have been determined
in a detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the proposed provisions of the contract constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ.
3. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to offer in addition to the price also:
- make, model, version and year of manufacture of the base vehicle;
- the maximum net engine power of the base vehicle (in KW);
- a guarantee for the mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the base vehicle without mileage limit;
- a guarantee on the paint coating of the base vehicle;
- a guarantee for the perforation of the body parts of the base vehicle;
- guarantees for radio communication installations and equipment and privileges;
- warranty for the entire body;
- guarantee for additional equipment.
4. The Purchaser requires that the vehicle delivered under the contract is brand new manufactured
in the year 2022/2023, free from technical and legal defects, admitted to trading, to which third parties have no rights and not subject to any proceedings and security.
5. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to indicate authorised service stations (name and address)
for the proposed vehicle in the Polish – the list submitted to the offer, may be drawn up
by the Contractor as a separate document.
6. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order by his own transport to the Department of Transport of the KWP in Szczecin 5 Wernyhory Street, on working days from 8.00 to 15.00.
7. Specific requirements for the receipt, warranty conditions and payment of the object of the contract are laid down in Annex 6 to the SWZ.

9. Any “own names” concerning materials and equipment contained in the tendering documents should be considered as one possible, which means the possibility of using materials, devices
(including technology) of other manufacturers with equivalent parameters, characteristics and characteristics.
Whenever in this documentation, the subject of the contract has been determined by the indication of trademarks, patents, origin, etc., as well as where standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems (trade name, manufacturer) have been used to describe the subject of the contract. etc. this means that the Ordering Party's intention was to present a “type” of goods meeting the requirements of the Ordering Party. Therefore, it is permissible to offer an equivalent solution by the Contractor, which will guarantee no inferior standards, parameters and technical-quality standards
and functional. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to demonstrate in the submitted bid that the subject of the contract offered by it meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority indicated in Annex 1
to the draft provisions of the agreement constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ. Documents may be presented in the form of an original or a photocopy certified as being in conformity with the original by the Contractor. Documents drawn up in a foreign language are submitted together with a translation into Polish, certified by the Contractor.
If the contractor does not demonstrate in the tender equivalence of materials, equipment (including technology)
and does not attach to the offer documents confirming compliance with the criteria for the assessment of equivalence specified by the Contracting Authority in the Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ, then the Contracting Authority will consider that the contractor has not offered equivalent materials, devices (including technologies).
